Our end-to-end management includes everything from payroll to being a partner for your talent. We can handle bonuses, gifts, etc. Also we will provide a replacement at any time if you need it. 

The setup fee is $1500 and covers legal, logistics, background and reference checks, and equipment (computer and headset) + shipping.

The replacement guarantee in the hunting model is covered for 3 months.

No problem, but we have a setup fee of $790 in that case, instead of $1,500.

The hiring process generally takes between 2 to 4 weeks. However, the duration can vary depending on your needs. If you require more time or several rounds of interviews, we understand and will align with your schedule.

In the staffing model, we provide ongoing support and management for the duration of the contract, including a replacement guarantee. In the hunting model, we only provide a 3-month replacement guarantee and do not offer ongoing support after this period.
